After 1976, the first Balochi language feature film “Doda” is all set to release. The teaser was given a year ago and the trailer is out in both Urdu and Balochi language.
The story revolves around the boy name “Doda” whose dream is to be world boxing champing, but he has to do through challenges and hurdles created by society to achieve his goal.
The film has been shot at Layari and Gadani, Karachi. The film will be close to the Layari’s people cause the place is producing great boxers as well as footballers.
The protagonist role of boxing underdog has played by “Shoaib Hassan“. The film has been written and helmed by Adil Bizanjo and produced by Habib Hasan and Imran Saqib
The film is shot in Balochi but also expected to be dubbed in Urdu and Doda will hit the theatre on 10 April 2020.
