Khalil-ur-Rehman again under fire for abusive language against Marvi Sirmed

Pakistani Director Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar again criticized by celebrities and even politicians for abusive language against social activist and analyst Marvi Sirmed while debating over the upcoming event of Aurat March tuesday.

The Aurat March is the movement refers to protests organised in various cities of Pakistan including Lahore, Hyderabad, Karachi and Islamabad, to observe International Women’s Day on March 8.

Yesterday, while in a live television discussion the writer was expressing his views Marvi triggered him with the outrageous slogan “mera jism, meri marzi”. In response, he started throwing abuses at her.

The video went viral, and the hashtag #khalilurrehman and #merajismmerimarzi is trending on twitter.

Famous showbiz celebrities are shocked and dismayed by the event.
