On the Royal tour, Kate Middleton donned dresses and accessories from number of Pakistani designers during her visit to Pakistan last month. Ideas by Gul Ahmed, Elan, Bonanza and Maheen Khan were the Pakistani clothing brand who designed her dresses she wore on various official engagements in Pakistan.
She wore monochrome style by Elan on her last day of tour, for which she’s thanked the designer Khadijah Shah.
The note was written on a Kensington Palace’s head paper and carried signatures of Kate Middleton. She did write ‘Dear Khadija’ herself and also signed her full name at the end.
“Thank you so much for all of your help ahead of my tour to Pakistan. I am so grateful to you and your team for the wonderful selection you made for me to chose from — although having so many beautiful things did make the decision making a little more difficult! I loved the outfit I wore, so thank you for all your time and effort.”, the Duchess note sent to Khadija.
Khadijah wrote sharing note on twitter,“I was delighted to have even been considered, this is just humbling to a whole different level,” adding, “However what’s most commendable is the consideration, grace, and thoughtfulness of HRH Duchess Catherine, it is no wonder that she is so respected and beloved.”
The Duchess of Cambridge on her royal tour to Pakistan, not only highlighted the positive image of Pakistan. instead of wearing western outfits she profoundly supported Pakistani local brands throughout her tour. Following her mother-in-Law, Princess Diana who also wore the traditional outfit on her tours to Pakistan.
