This Eid wasn’t like any other Pakistanis or even Muslims the world over have celebrated before. Because of the pandemic COVID 19 and the PIA flight crash, Pakistan was especially in mourning. In such a situation there was no way of being sure if Pakistan celebrities will be celebrating Eid or not. Most of the Pakistani celebrities opted to celebrate Eid because it is a religious festival but they did so with a heavy heart. The majority of these celebrities celebrated Eid with their families.

Ahad Raza Mir & Sajjal Aly
Sajal Ali and Ahad Raza Mir are the most popular Pakistani celebrity couple. This was their first Eid soon after they got married. Unlike the other celebrity couples whose Eids were special for some reason or the other therefore they celebrated it. Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir did not even wish their fans and followers. It seems like they are of the opinion that there is no reason to celebrate right now or perhaps they do not want to share the pictures from their 1st eid together.
Yasir Hussain & Iqra Aziz
Much-adored celebrity couple Yasir Hussain and his wife Iqra Aziz celebrated their 1st Eid together after their marriage.
Yasir and Iqra tied the knot in December 2019.
Yasir turned to Instagram and shared a loved-up photo with wifey Iqra Aziz and extended eid greetings.
Tagging Iqra, he wrote, “Eid Mubarak.”
The photo has won the hearts on social media.
Meanwhile, the Suno Chanda actress took to the photo-video sharing platform and prayed for the victims of PIA plane crash.
She wrote, “This Eid, with a heavy heart let’s all pray together for our country. The tragedy that has taken away many precious lives and dreams, will forever be etched onto our minds.”
“It has taught us that absolutely nothing in this life shall be taken for granted,” Iqra said and added that, “Let’s cherish our loved ones! Let’s learn to fill our hearts with gratitude and positivity because these are the only things that can help us through the tough times.”
She extended eid greetings saying, “Eid Mubarak to you all and remember to say a prayer for everyone who is hurting.”
Aagha Ali & Hina Altaf
Hina Altaf and Agha Ali’s wedding came as a complete surprise. Although there were rumors circulating around that they were in a relationship but both of them gave statements that they were only good friends. When their wedding picture surfaced, people were happy and surprised at the same time. It seems like they are of the opinion that there is no reason to celebrate eid right now or perhaps they do not want to share the pictures.

Actress Nimra Khan ties knot with Raja Iftekhar Azam on 20 April in a private ceremony attended by her family, friends and close relatives.. Nimra, took it to her instagram to announce the news where she requested everyone to remember her in their prayers. The UK-based Pakistani actress who rose to fame after playing the lead in film Janaan, said she loves to eat her way on Eid.
’I love kheer and sewiya,” she told Arab News. “In addition to these, I’ll probably whip up a nice dish at home seeing as we won’t be having anyone over this year.”
She said she would be wearing the work of one of Pakistan’s most prominent fashion designers, and a friend of the actor.
“I’ve been sent a beautiful Eid outfit by Ammara Khan this year,” Khan said.
