Hijab Khalil is a 20 years old girl living in Lahore. She is talented Pakistani content creator with a great number of followers on Tiktok and Instagram. She is the daughter of Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar.
In an exclusive interview with Showbizpakistan.pk, we asked Hijab khalil to tell about herself and Her father.
Q- Hi Hijab, can you tell me a little bit about your relationship with your father, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar?
A-Ahh how do I start , as you all know he is a busy man, very dedicated to his work specially and because of that I didn’t get to spend a-lot of time with him as a kid speaking of that being a writer he is an inspiration for all of us and an asset for the nation but on the other hand as a father due to his busy schedule we don’t get much time spend together.
Q-How has your father’s career as a writer influenced your own interests and passions?
A-He is an influential personality, and a role model for all of us , he inspires me alot. I try to follow his footsteps but right now all my focus is on my studies. maybe sometime in near future you can see us working together
Q-Are there any specific values or lessons that your father has taught you that have had a significant impact on your life?
A-Always say the truth even if it’s bitter ,
Don’t double cross anyone, be focused on your goals and stay connected to Allah SWT
Q-Can you describe your relationship with your brother, Surkhab Khalil?
A-He is not just my brother, he is my best friend 🫶🏻
Q-Have you and your brother ever collaborated on any creative projects or shared any artistic interests?
A-We have worked on many projects behind the camera together! And sometimes we like to do some jamming sessions
Q-As the daughter of a well-known writer, have you ever felt pressure to pursue a career in the entertainment industry?
A-Yeah absolutely! People think it’s easy for me to work in the industry like its a piece of cake for us , but the reality is quite the opposite because if you really want to achieve something you have work hard for it.
Q-Have you ever asked your father for a role in any of the dramas he has written or been involved with?
A-Not really because i do want to work with him but as hijab not as his daughter because that will only happen if I deserve that
Q-Do you have any plans or aspirations to work in the entertainment industry yourself, either as an actor or in a behind-the-scenes role?
A-Yes inshallah soon ✨
Q-What’s your mother’s actual name and is she your father second wife
A-Her name is “ CHAHAT KHALIL“ and yes she is my father’s second wife they got married in year “2000”
Q-How is hanish qureshi related to you?
A-She is my half sister from my mom’s first marriage with faysal qureshi. We have a very strong bond Alhumdulliah!
